United Way’s Annual Day of Caring

United Way of Bedford County partners with the Area Agency on Aging to gather volunteers to travel across Bedford County to assist individuals needing some help with minor chores around their homes. Our volunteer teams are also available to assist local nonprofit agencies with projects at their facilities. If interested in volunteering or sponsoring you can contact Katie Fink, at 814-624-0041 or Katie@uwaybedfordpa.org or complete a Team Form. If you or someone you know is unable to tackle some of the small chores in or around your home, United Way of Bedford County would love to help! Our volunteers can help with things such as: first floor window cleaning, yardwork, raking leaves, small paint jobs, flowerbed cleanup, other projects will be considered.
