Orr & Sons Inc, a construction company founded in 1882. In March of 2012, Jayme founded Serviam Construction LLC. Serviam, in Latin, means “to serve.” Serviam Construction is a SDVOSB/WOB (Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business / Woman Owned Business) general construction firm with the capabilities to self-perform drywall, carpentry, ceiling, and concrete work. She has performed jobs throughout the states of Pennsylvania and New York, mainly doing work at the State and Federal level, and has experienced growth in each of her first 3 years of operation. Jayme takes great pride in employing women and Veterans whenever she can.
Jayme completed her post graduate work in 2014, graduating from the Penn State University Smeal Business School’s Executive Masters of Business Administration program. She resides in Altoona with her husband, Donnie Rhodes and their twin one-year-old daughters.
