Small Games of Chance Luncheon Planned

The Bedford County Chamber of Commerce is pleased to present the next program in the Government: It’s Your Business Speaker Series, a Small Games of Chance Luncheon featuring Pennsylvania State Police Liquor Control Officer Chris Burns: Tuesday, January 17th at 12pm at the Bedford Elks Country Club.

The program, provided in partnership with Bedford County District Attorney Bill Higgins and Bedford County Treasurer Melissa Cottle, is recommended to all Small Games of Chance license-holders, as well as establishments with liquor licenses that host events.

The program will review the rules and laws of fundraising programs like 50/50 and lottery drawings, scratch-offs, raffles, silent auctions, and more.  BRING YOUR QUESTIONS about reporting earnings, restrictions to raffle items, etc.

Cost to attend is $25 per person and includes a lunch buffet by Bedford Elks Chef Terry Wallace.  RSVP to the Chamber office by calling 814-623-2233 or register online.
