The Chamber’s next Business After Hours mixer will be hosted by ProCare Fitness Bedford on Thursday, March 22nd. ProCare Fitness is located at 125 Willow Grove Road in Bedford.

From 5:30 – 7:30 p.m., those who attend will enjoy light refreshments and spirited beverages as well as non-alcoholic drinks; all while exploring the many features and benefits that this family-owned business has to offer.
Blair and Courtney Leydig purchased ProCare Fitness Bedford in October; a dream come true for Blair.

“It has been a lifelong dream to own my own gym and with Courtney, we made it possible,” Blair said.

“When I first met Blair years ago, he told me that his goal was to own a gym someday,” Courtney said. “The opportunity came up this summer for us and we just kind of went with it.”

Blair and Courtney say their goal is to give back and be involved within the Bedford County community, providing programs for youth, adult and silver populations.

“We also offer corporate discounts that your business, employees and their families can take advantage of,” Courtney said. She added that their staff will schedule an appointment to come onsite and create an individualized plan that works with any company’s needs.

“Employee health is an important piece of a good workforce,” Blair said.

Courtney says Blair is at the gym full-time, always coming up with new ideas, most recently adding personal training to their menu of services.

“We offer both one-on-one and group training sessions for up to four people,” Courtney said. “Call us for rates!”

Starting in May, ProCare Fitness Bedford will be offering special summer rates for individuals and couples for May, June and July.

As always, the cost to attend Business After Hours is $6 for members and $16 for not-yet members.
