The Bedford County Chamber of Commerce is pleased to present our inaugural Olde Bedford Beer Festival: Saturday, November 4th at Old Bedford Village (Business Rt. 220 and Sawblade Road – Bedford) – a wonderful combination of history and hops.
Stroll through the living history attraction, visiting a village full of historic structures: blacksmith, candle maker, tin smith, broom maker…and more than a dozen log cabins and cottages, cozily warmed by crackling fires in their stone fireplaces, serving as temporary homes to some of the finest brewers in Pennsylvania.
Doors open to general admission ticket holders at 1pm for an afternoon of tastings and meet-and-greets with representatives from craft brewers and distributors, while enjoying live music by Jackson Monsour, campfire, s’mores and food for sale provided by unique food trucks with smoked barbecue and much more. Enjoy a hops display provided by Olde Bedford Brewing Company, Bedford County’s first craft brewery; Visit the WattersWorks photo cabin for a history-inspired photo-booth with sepia prints.
A VIP ticket (now SOLD OUT) provides a one-hour preview event (at noon for ticket holders) in the OBV event barn with special tasting, live music by the Band Oz and appetizers by Jean Bonnet Tavern.All guests will receive a souvenir tasting glass. A shuttle to downtown Bedford and the Omni Bedford Springs Resort will be available throughout the afternoon.
A shuttle will be available from downtown Bedford (corner of Penn & Richard Streets) beginning at 11:45am, and from the Omni Bedford Springs Resort beginning at 12:45pm.

All guests will receive a souvenir tasting glass.
All festival-goers are encouraged to drink responsibly and do not drink and drive. This is a adult event. No one under the age of 21 will be admitted. Rain or shine. (Bring your umbrella in the event of rain.) No refunds.
PLEASE NOTE: Beer-Tasting Tickets are Sold Out. Only Friend of the Festival Tickets will be sold at the door ($10 with no beer tasting.)
SHUTTLE INFO: Shuttles will be available beginning at 11:45am with stops at Omni Bedford Springs Resort (near the golf clubhouse) and downtown Bedford (Corner of Penn & Richard StreAlets in front of the Fort Bedford Inn and the Motel Town House.) Shuttles will end at 5:30pm.
