The Bedford County Chamber Foundation
is proud to present our 14th Annual Community Reading Day for the 2nd-Graders in the public school system of Bedford County. Community leaders and business representatives visit more
than 25 classrooms through the county, reading the year’s chosen book and
discussing the importance of reading in their occupations. Each student
receives a special bookmark featuring the program sponsors, and each classroom
receives a copy of the book to keep and enjoy for months and years to come.
We invite you to consider sponsoring this event as a community service,
as well as a valuable tool of exposure for your business or organization. The
Chamber Foundation is a 501(c)(3)
educational organization.
