Kellie Goodman Shaffer - Executive Director

Kellie Goodman, Executive Director of the Chamber, manages and coordinates all organizational activities and resources and identifies and meets all appropriate member and county service needs in such a way that the financial stability of the Chamber is maintained or improved. She also serves as the Executive Director of the Bedford County Chamber Foundation.

Kellie is the staff point person for several Chamber and Foundation committees, including Agri-Business, Government Affairs, Technology and Personnel. She also manages the marketing resources of the Chamber, including the E-Newsletter, E-Connection e-mail blasts, radio and television projects, and website.

Kellie has been with the Chamber since February of 2010. Prior to that, she was the Marketing Director of the Allegheny Mountains Convention & Visitors Bureau/Game Director of the PSFCA East West All-Star Game. Kellie also spent nearly 20 years as a broadcast journalist in the Johnstown-Altoona-State College television market, most notably serving as Sports Director for WTAJ-TV from 1998-2008.

Linda Steele, Membership Coordinator, is the Chamber's point person for new member recruitment as well as membership benefits. She manages the extensive database of current and prospective members; serves as staff liaison for Chamber Ambassadors committee and spearheads membership events like Ribbon Cuttings, Groundbreakings, Celebration Ceremonies, Operation Thank You and Business After Hours. She also provides support for the Chamber's many programs and events.

Linda has been serving the community as a Chamber staff member since August of 1996.

Jami Leavell - Project Coordinator

Jami Leavell, Project Coordinator of the Chamber, provides coordination and support of all revenue producing programs and projects of the various Chamber committees which include:  Annual Awards, Business-to-Business Expo, Chamber Golf Tournament, Home & Garden Show, and Special Events.  As staff point person for the Special Events Committee, Jami helps to coordinate a variety of fun networking, community service and fundraising Chamber events, including the Annual Awards Dinner, Chamber Bowling Tournament, Ladies Only Football Playoff Party, Breakfast with Santa, Breakfast with the Easter Bunny, and Community Reading Day. Jami is also the staff liaison to the Leadership Bedford County program.

She has been with the Chamber since July 2008.
