The Bedford County Chamber of Commerce was pleased to honor individuals, businesses and organizations at our Annual Dinner 7 Awards Celebration on November 17th at the historic Omni Bedford Springs Resort. The event was presented in partnership with Pennsylvania Highlands Community College.
The evening began with a reception sponsored by Everett Cash Mutual, including a celebratory toast provided by ECM President Randy Shaw. Stiffler-McGraw sponsored the evening’s theme: Bedford County’s Great Outdoors, and guests enjoyed bidding on unique local goods, services and experiences featured as part of the CenturyLink Silent Auction.
Awards were presented to seventeen individuals, organizations and companies in recognition of their excellence in their fields, as well as a commitment to the community.
The last award of the evening was the prestigious Athena, sponsored by Bedford BPW & Thomas Chevrolet Subaru, announced for the first time during the awards ceremony, and presented to Lisa Cairo, Administrator of Bedford County’s Children & Youth Services Department.
The event is the single largest business celebration in Bedford County, and the Chamber is proud to have the opportunity to recognize so many wonderful partners who join with us in striving to make our region a wonderful place to live, work, play and prosper.
