March 23 – The Community Foundation for the Alleghenies has announced the establishment of an emergency fund: the COVID-19 Rapid Response Fund, launched with $200,000 from CFA and Lee Initiatives Health and Wellness Endowment, and actively inviting others to help care for the community at a time when it’s most critical. The Foundation is working hard to identify the needs, seen and unseen, and support front-line nonprofits.
