Candidates for Pennsylvania’s 13th Congressional District discuss issues of importance to the business community and voting public. The forum was presented by the Bedford County Chamber of Commerce and moderated by Dr. Terry Madonna from Franklin & Marshall. Note: Rep. Steven Bloom was not able to attend due to the PA House session running long, but had planned to participate.
