The Bedford County Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce our 2nd annual Health & Wellness Symposium, presented by UPMC HealthPlan: Thursday, March 16th at Homewood at Spring House Estates.
The breakfast-and-lunch event will feature a series of presentations by Chamber members who are experts in their health-and-wellness-related fields, including a keynote presentation by Mary Grattan, Executive Director of Homewood at Spring House Estates.
Other presenters include: Nutritionist Kristin Wilkins of UPMC Bedford Memorial, Terry Cover, Reliv/Fit 3, and Matt Randall – State Farm Insurance.
The day will also include interactive exhibits, such as Nicole Burns massage therapy, as well as a continental breakfast, coffee/beverage service and a delicious lunch by Chef Nicole Kimmel.
